Options for pain relief are reviewed and information regarding different interventions is discussed. Class may be co-taught by additional instructor (Lauren McClain)

This class is designed to educate parents about the basics of the birth process, including vaginal and cesarean deliveries, with a focus on Lamaze healthy birth processes and breathing. Options for pain relief are reviewed and information regarding different interventions is discussed. Class meets five weeks in a row. The date listed is first day of class and classes will occur weekly at the same time and day of the week. Wear comfortable pants, bring two pillows and a sleeping bag or comforter for floor exercises. Class may be co-taught by Lauren McClain)
